Leslie Daly

I work with individuals who want to know and understand themselves better, who are struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or who are managing symptoms of trauma and stress. My style is collaborative, integrative, down-to-earth and warm. My approach is individualized and focused on moving people toward their goals in an effective and engaging way. ​
